Política de reembolso

For any questions, please refer below. Vertical can be contacted by emailing store.vtcl@gmail.com. Please note that our response time is 24-48 hours on business days (this does not include weekends and holidays).


  • Vertical currently does not accept returns.


  • All exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.

  • Must be accompanied with the original order number, and the desired size and item.

  • If the item you are exchanging is not of equal value please contact us through email: store.vtcl@gmail.com

  • Customers exchanging items are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and new item(s).

  • If wrong item is delivered, Vertical will cover the cost of shipping both ways.

  • If items are returned to us by USPS due to incomplete or insufficient address, customer is responsible for postage of re-shipment.

  • If address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out to us IMMEDIATELY! (within 24 hours preferably) Vertical is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address.

  • Vertical is NOT responsible for lost packages of any kind after package is received by the mail-carrier service.

  • If you receive a defective item, email us with your order number, detailed description, and image of defect. We will review and reply within 24 hours with a resolution.
